How It Works

• When you sign up, your selected product will be automatically delivered at the frequency you choose (e.g. 90 days).
  
  
• Your payment method will be charged automatically at the time of each shipment.
  
  

Managing Your Subscription

• You can modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time.
  
  
• Simply log into your account or contact us at hello@livenuud.com at least 72 hours before your next charge date to make changes.
  
  

Cancellations

• You can cancel anytime with no fees or penalties, as long as you do so before your next order processes.
  
  
• Once an order has shipped, it is subject to our Refund Policy.
  
  

Failed Payments

• If a payment fails, we’ll notify you by email. We may retry your payment method up to 3 times before suspending your subscription.
