1. No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds.

2. Eligible Exchanges or Store Credit

If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly offer:

• Store credit for use on future purchases, OR
  
  
• An exchange for an equivalent item,
  only if the returned item is unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
  
  

3. How to Request Credit or Exchange

• Contact us within 14 days of delivery (by email hello@livenuud.com or through our support portal found here https://livenuud.loopreturns.com/)
  
  
• Provide:

   2. ZIP Code
   3. Photos showing the item is unopened and sealed
      

• Once approved, return the item using our provided shipping label.
  
  
• Upon receipt and inspection, you’ll receive store credit or an exchange (same model or equivalent value).
  
  
  

4. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective:

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
   
   
2. Provide order number and clear photos of the issue.
   
   

We’ll review and, if approved, offer:

• A replacement, or
  
  
• Store credit
  
  

5. Shipping Costs

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
