If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange (for another product of equivalent value) within 30 days from the date of purchase (minus shipping/ handling, VAT, or duties). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging. Refunds apply to the first order only (refunds do not apply to our subscription orders and all sale items are final). Refunds are not applicable to any subsequent shipments, even if they are billed, paid, or shipped during this 30-day period. If your refund request is outside of the 30-day guarantee, we will unable to issue a refund. Refunds take approximately 2-5 business days to process.
