The best time to take vitamin supplements may vary depending on the type of vitamin and your individual needs. We reccommend taking your vitamins at the same time each day whether it be in the morning or afternoon.

Yes, you can take your daily gummy vitamins together. In fact, taking your vitamins together at the same time can be a convenient way to ensure you don't forget to take any of them. It's important to follow the recommended dosage instructions on the label and not exceed the daily recommended intake of any vitamin or mineral.
While there are no ingredients that are directly contraindicated during pregnancy, you should consult your doctor before taking any of our products.

Return/Refunds
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange (for another product of equivalent value) within 30 days from the date of purchase (minus shipping/ handling, VAT, or duties). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging. Refunds apply to the first order only (refunds do not apply to our subscription orders and all sale items are final). Refunds are not applicable to any subsequent shipments, even if they are billed, paid, or shipped during this 30-day period. If your refund request is outside of the 30-day guarantee, we will unable to issue a refund. Refunds take approximately 2-5 business days to process. If you’d like to cancel your order, reach out to us as soon as possible within our business hours, (Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm EST) and we’d be happy to process your request. However, if your order has been processed and transferred for shipment, we cannot make any changes or cancellations to your order.
